ISO Rating -- The Insurance Services Office issues ratings for firefighting companies in the US based on the history of responsiveness and ability to fight fires. 

Liability -- What your responsibility is for damages caused by injury/accident.

Named Coverage -- Insurance coverage that only covers exactly what is written in the policy. If it's not there in writing, they don't cover it.

Personal Liability -- Defines your payment obligation in the event of accidents, injuries, or other incidents.

Property Crime -- This type of crime includes burglary, car theft, and vandalism.

Susceptibility Profile -- A profile that indicates what kinds of crimes you're most likely to encounter based on the conditions of your home and neighborhood, the location and staffing of your public safety agencies (police, fire, etc.), your own personal habits, and your past history with security problems.
