		<description>I agree, this is a good deturent to criminals &#38; dogs, however your article does not state the voltage produced by this stick, and does it colaps and become shorter? And unfortunately this stick offers no other amenities. Their are other telescopic stun batons on the market that carry 800,000 volts of stopping power and also have a built-in flashlight and siren alarm, and holsters are availible too. But both of these types of non lethal weapons are still a little bulky to carry, many people don't like the inconveniance, in these cases I would suggest an OC Pepper spray with a high burn temp rating. They also make these spesified for dogs &#38; bears. What ever the case it is nice that we have choices to consider for protecting us &#38; our family in todays environment.</description>
